Marlene Forand – People claim to be able to ‘smell’ the food when shown examples of Marlene’s work. Food stylist, designer, recipe developer and cookbook author has been working in film, television and print production for over 25 years. Based in Florida, her work is seen nationally on packaging, menus, cookbooks, displays, television commercials & film.

Food Styling is a natural progression for someone who has been so heavily vested in the culinary world. Despite being self-taught, I am constantly learning and applying that knowledge to bring beauty and realism to every image.

Please note –  all photos were prop styled, designed and prepared by me. There is no type of cuisine spanning the globe that I cannot style or prepare. Whether it’s tofu or t-bones, I am more than happy  to bring  over 20 years of experience to your shoot.
