I’ve Spent Thirty Years Making Brands Look Like a Million Dollars.
Sometimes I Do It With a Full Crew. Sometimes It’s Just Me and a Camera. Either Way, the Result Is the Same.

Florida food photographer. Food and prop stylist. Beverage specialist. Fashion and portrait photographer. Serving Tampa Bay and beyond for over three decades.

A Few Frames

I’m Not Just the Photographer. I’m the Whole Creative Department.

I've been working in film, television, and commercial print for over thirty years — as an art director, a food stylist, a food photographer, a prop stylist, and a fashion stylist. I've built campaigns for Grey Goose, Bacardi, Publix, Kohler, and dozens of other brands you'd recognize. I've collaborated with some of the largest production companies and advertising agencies in the world, and I've won design and packaging awards at the National Housewares Show in Chicago.

What I bring to a shoot isn't just a camera and a good eye. It's thirty years of knowing what a brand needs to look like, who it's talking to, and how to make it land. I style it, I shoot it, and I edit every single image by hand in Photoshop — no batch processing, no shortcuts. When the image leaves my hands, it's right.

I also know that not every company has an agency budget. Some of my favorite work has been for emerging brands right here in the Tampa Bay area — St. Petersburg, Tampa, Sarasota, and the Gulf Coast. If you're building something and you need it to look like you've already made it, that's exactly the kind of problem I'm good at solving.

What I Do

Food Photography

I shoot food the way I see it — with intention, precision, and a stylist's eye built in.

Food Styling

Getting food camera-ready is its own skill. After two decades, I've yet to meet a dish I couldn't build for the lens.

Beverage Photography & Styling

Liquid is the hardest thing to shoot well. I've done it for Grey Goose, Bacardi, and Corona. I know what it takes.

Fashion & Portrait Photography

I've been photographing people almost as long as I've been styling them. I know what reads on camera — and what doesn't.

Fashion & Wardrobe Styling

Thirty-five years styling talent for television, film, and advertising. I've dressed people from a brief, from a mood board, and occasionally from a panicked phone call the morning of.

Social Media Content Creation

I've been creating scroll-stopping content for brands long before everyone called it a strategy. Styled, shot, edited, and ready to post.

"I'm Advertising Without the Agency."

"Marlene brought an exceptional eye to our project — the kind of instinct you can't teach and can't fake. She understood the brand, worked efficiently on set, and delivered images that performed."

— Javier Rodriguez | Pilgrim's Pride

One Person. Every Role. No Compromises.

Most shoots need a photographer, a stylist, an art director, a prop coordinator, and an editor. I've been all of those things — sometimes all at once — for over thirty years. I'm not a generalist who dabbles. I'm a specialist in every discipline I offer, and I know how to run a set whether I have a full crew or just my own two hands.

I started my career as a Director of Marketing, taking a consumer products company into mass retailers and chains across the country. That background never left me. I understand what an image is supposed to accomplish, who it's meant to reach, and how to measure whether it's working. When I'm on your shoot, I'm thinking about your business — not just the frame.

For agencies and production companies, I slot in seamlessly and deliver. For smaller brands and growing businesses — especially here in the Tampa Bay area — I am the whole solution. Either way, the standard doesn't change.

Based in St. Petersburg.
Ready for Wherever You Need Me.

I'm rooted on Florida's Gulf Coast, and most of my local work runs through the Tampa Bay corridor — St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater, Sarasota, Bradenton, and everywhere in between. I know this market, I know the restaurant scene, and I know what local brands need to compete visually. I travel for the right projects and have worked with clients and agencies across the country, but this area is home and I take that seriously.

If you're an emerging brand in the Tampa Bay area and the budget is tight — reach out anyway. I've helped more than a few small businesses look like they had a full production team behind them. That takes skill and experience, and I have both. Let's see what we can build.
